Liquid Biopsy in Cancer Diagnostics and Treatment

In 2016 we will celebrate the 10th anniversary of the ISMRC meetings which started in 1996 and have established themselves, every other year, as a premier event focusing on the detection, characterization & clinical relevance of Circulating Tumor Cells (CTCs) in solid tumors.

The 2016 meeting in HAMBURG is organized together with the newly established EU IMI consortium CANCER-ID and brings together basic and clinical researchers from academia and companies. The HAMBURG-ISMRC 2016 program will focus on LIQUID BIOPSY in a broader sense and include presentations on CTCs as well as circulating nucleic acids (DNA, miRNA) and exosomes.
