SynTagMA, ein neues Werkzeug zur Markierung von spines mit hohem Ca2+ Gehalt. Grün: inaktive spines; magenta: aktive; cyan: präsynaptische Terminals aktiviert mit Channelrhodopsin; silbern: Regionen von Interesse, die automatisch detektiert werden.
