Interdisciplinary Graduate School „Innovative Technologies in Cancer Diagnostics and Therapy“
The interdisciplinary graduate school (GRK) "Innovative Technologies in Cancer Diagnostics and Therapy" will start on October 1, 2020. Seven doctoral students in the fields of life sciences and engineering sciences will be funded by the Hamburg State Research Funding (2020).
Leading clinicians, life scientists and engineering scientists from the University Cancer Center Hamburg (UCCH) and the Hamburg University of Technology (TUHH) from various research groups are involved in the project, which aims to advance cancer research by using innovative key technologies.
In addition, the GRK shall contribute to the recruitment and structured training of qualified young scientists in cancer research.
