Patient Advisory Board
The Patient Advisory Board provides advice on patient-centered care and helps to ensure that research and patient care at UCC Hamburg are focused on patient benefits and take the patient perspective into account. Representatives of the Patient Advisory Board serve on the governing bodies.
External scientific advisory board (ESAB)
The Hubertus Wald Tumor Center – University Cancer Center Hamburg is advised and evaluated in its strategic goals by an external scientific advisory board (ESAB). The advisory board consists of up to six internationally recognized experts in cancer research and cancer medicine.
