    Our ″Info-Points“ service will help you!

    You have never been in the UKE (University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf) before, and you have questions? Our staff at the Info-Points will be glad to assist you in many aspects! They will show you the way to your destination or will order a UKE guide service when required. This guide will show you the way and accompany you throughout our premises. Besides, you can have the Info-Point staff order a taxi, print your schedules or organize an umbrella for you. Please contact us!

      You will find our Info-Points in the following buildings:

      O24
      Mon to Fri from 9.30am to 4.30pm

      O10 Main entrance on the first floor
      Mon to Fri from 7am to 7pm.
      On weekends and bank holidays from 10am to 6pm

  • You need parking space for your car?

    When arriving by car, you have various parking places at your disposal. You can use our underground parking lot located under the main building (O10), or park your car on parking spaces provided for visitors or patients on the UKE (University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf) premises.

    Parking fee for the underground parking lot

    The first 30 minutes are for free. Afterwards, you will be charged 1.50 EURO for every started hour from 06.00AM to 07.00PM (12 Euro/day at maximum). The parking fee from 10.00AM to 06.00PM amounts to 0.60 EURO (3 EURO at maximum).

  • Public restrooms

    You have numerous toilets at your disposal in the main building of our Medical Center (O10). Of course, all of them are accessible for handicapped people. Please check out in the map where they are located.

  • Access for handicapped people

    The UKE University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf) is largely accessible for handicapped people.

    Therefore, we offer numerous rest rooms accessible for handicapped people in our New Medical Center (O10).

How did an operating room look like 100 years ago? Which medical instruments were available to physicians and nursing staff at the time? In the Medical-Historic Museum of the UKE (University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf) numerous exhibits convey the development of medical science from the 19th century to date – in an authentic setting with lecture auditoriums, dissecting rooms, boxes for test animals and labs.
