CRC1648's 1st Pandemic Preparedness Symposium 2025

- Breaking Barriers in Virology and Immunity by Learning from Emerging Viruses

The CRC1648 team is pleased to announce that on June 18, 2025, an exciting Symposium on Pandemic Preparedness will be held in the Ian K. Karan Lecture Hall at the University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE).

In response to the multifaceted challenges presented by pandemic events, we aim to bring together professionals, researchers, and interested parties from various disciplines. During this event, we will present and discuss findings from research and innovative approaches to enhance our responsiveness to future health crises.

The symposium will provide a platform for vibrant exchange and networking, fostering collaboration among various institutions and fields of expertise.

Agenda

We will start on June 18 at 9:30 a.m. in the Ian K. Karan Lecture Hall, Campus Lehre, UKE Hamburg .

The lectures will go on until 16:00, followed by a poster session and networking round until 17:30.

All speakers will come together for the dinner at 19:00.
