Recruitment strategy:

The Steering Committee selects 4 fellows/ year on the basis of (i) CV, (ii) Research, (iii) Clinical skills, and (iv) Soft skills.

Project selection strategy:

Selected fellows independently select their projects and submit their proposals to the Steering Committee for review.
