Dear Children, Parents, and Colleagues,

Welcome to our EnTree information page.

The increasing number of children experiencing psychological challenges places additional pressure on the healthcare system, resulting in long waiting times for therapy appointments. Additionally, particularly for younger children, a playful approach to complex topics such as emotion regulation is often more accessible than traditional therapeutic settings.

The EnTree project aims to address the existing gap in the healthcare system by creating an interactive, family-oriented, an accessible therapeutic program (EnTree). EnTree consists of three core components:

  • a digital app in the form of an interactive children’s book,
  • a set of physical playing cards to support playful learning and reflection, and
  • an online portal that enables therapists to monitor and support children’s progress in the app.

In addition, EnTree integrates protective mechanisms against excessive screen time, fostering mindful, balanced, and beneficial use of digital media.

If you have any questions or would like to learn more about the project, please do not hesitate to contact us.
