Tumors of the digestive tract (esophagus, stomach, pancreas, bile ducts, intestines) are conditions in which interdisciplinary diagnosis and treatment are particularly important. This applies not only to early-stage tumors but also to limited metastatic tumors, such as liver metastases from colorectal cancer.
In our special consultation service, we offer you support and assistance in the diagnosis and treatment of your individual condition, involving the expertise of the relevant clinics and institutes of our University Cancer Center Hamburg (UCC Hamburg), to ensure the best possible treatment outcome.
To register for a consultation, please use our contact form or the contact details of the central entry point.
You can find the current office hours in the office hours overview at our central entry point.
During the multidisciplinary tumor conferences held several times a week, it is ensured that all aspects of diagnosis and therapy are considered in relation to each patient's individual situation. Additionally, we participate in a variety of clinical studies (more than 20) to provide our patients with early access to innovative treatments and to continuously improve the management of tumors of the digestive organs.
Treatment of gastrointestinal tumors (GI tumors) is part of outpatient specialized medical care (ASV).
