Bioinformatic and statistical data analyses, validation, support, and training to unravel maternal immune activation
CRC 1713 will generate and analyze complex data, including imaging, omics, and electronic health records from preclinical studies and patient data. Its main goals are to understand immune adaptations during pregnancy, identify triggers of maternal immune activation, and explore their effects on maternal and fetal health. Project C01 will provide advanced bioinformatics and statistical support using the latest methods.
