Recruitment strategy:

The Steering Committee selects 8 fellows/ year on the basis of (i) CV, (ii) Research, (iii) Clinical skills, and (iv) Soft skills.

Project selection strategy:

Selected fellows choose their individual project out of 16 top scientific research proposals addressing the most pressing questions in infectious diseases research.
