Teaching activities range from the area of medical sociology and integrated classes in "Medizin 1" (pre-clinical term of medical education) to the subject of Social Medicine and integrated classes in the section of "Medicine 2" (clinical term of medical education).
Furthermore, colleagues of the department are active in other schools in Hamburg (University of Hamburg, faculty 13, vocational school in the area of health, University of Hamburg, department of Economics and Politics, Social and Health management). Outside of Hamburg, we take on assignments in post-graduate study courses for Public Health (Hannover, Graz, Lüneburg, Magdeburg).
